By Metro –
Take the Red Line to Tenleytown/AU Metro Station. At the top of the first escalator bear right to take the next escalator to the street level. This will bring you to Wisconsin Avenue next to the Target entrance. Turn right and walk down Wisconsin Avenue, cross Albemarle Street, and walk one block to Tenley Circle. At the circle, (St. Ann’s Church on your right) take a right onto Yuma Street and the law school will be on your left.
By Car –
In accordance with the university’s Good Neighbor Parking Policy, visitors to the law school may not park in residential streets surrounding the campus including at parking meters.
Parking: Parking in the law school garage is $2.00/hour for a maximum of $16 a day. You can pay at the kiosk. Any car without a pass could be ticketed.
Enter the law school garage at 4300 Nebraska Ave. NW. In the garage take an immediate left turn down the ramp to level P2.
By Uber/Taxi –
Please instruct the driver to drop you off at the Warren Building entrance which is accessible from Nebraska Ave.
From the Airport to American University–
There are several different ways to get from the airport to American University. You are encouraged to take a taxi if you have a lot of luggage. Most locations in the District of Columbia are accessible by public transportation.
