Dr. Patricia O’Neill-Brown works for the U.S. Government and holds a Ph.D and M.S. in Computational Linguistics from Georgetown University. For over 20 years, she has led the development, implementation, and fielding of integrated Machine Translation (MT) solutions to meet a wide variety of user needs — from leveraging MT to help users understand content in other languages to bringing MT systems to bear upon translation processes.
