Beth Henriksen Flanigan is a Senior Investigator with the Washington Field Office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Before becoming an investigator, Beth served the Deaf Community primarily as a professional Sign Language Interpreter for 22 years. She has served in management positions for interpreting agencies, VRS companies, non-profit organizations, and operated her own small interpreting agency which specialized in interpreting in technology, education and civil rights settings. Beth earned her B.S. in Deaf Studies from Towson University and attended a masters degree program at Dallas Theological Seminary. She enjoys camping, cooking and spending time with her 8 year old KODA son.
