Ivy Bonheyo is a Direct Video Direct Video Calling Technician with the Federal Communications Commission, where she gathers and provides information and guidance, and performs intake of informal consumer and accessibility-related complaints received through calls to the FCC ASL Support Line. She also performs variety of administrative tasks and participates in coordination of consumer outreach in support of the Disability Rights Office. She provides support with the planning and hosting of FCC’s Disability Advisory Committee (DAC). In 2016, Ivy graduated from Gallaudet University with a BA in Communications, and currently lives in Frederick, Maryland with her husband.
